Sex and intimacy coach, thought leader and relationship writer Zoë Kors is the author of the forthcoming book Radical Intimacy: Cultivate the Deeply Connected Relationships You Desire and Deserve (Hachette Go, April 12), which shares her methodology for nurturing and sustaining our intimate relationships. Zoë is expanding on the ideas in the book with her new podcast Radical Intimacy. Each week we will share details about a new episode. See episode 1’s post here and episode 2’s post here.
On the third episode Zoë interviews Jerome Braggs, an intuitive healer, speaker, poet and metaphysical teacher who believes “self-love is the panacea” on the topic of sexual expression and the soul. They cover everything from mistakes people make in bed and how to have better sex to why pleasure shouldn’t be a source of shame, along with many other topics. In the episode, Braggs says, “Your soul knows, very intimately, what would turn you on, make your life feel like it’s on fire and delicious, and make you feel most alive.”
