Nineties indie rock favorites Sleater-Kinney returned with their winning brand of ferociously catchy rock songs in 2021 with Path of Wellness, their first album since the departure of drummer Janet Weiss. Singer/songwriters Corin Tucker and Carrie Brownstein proved with the new album that they’re still able to reinvent themselves, and create music befitting the specifics of the moment while remaining true to their roots.
